How We Make Your Custom Cheer Hoodie

1. Upload your photo - Choose a clear, well-lit photo of your cheerleader and upload the photo file (.png or .jpg format) when you add the hoodie to the shopping cart.
2. Photo review - We review the photo file prior to production to ensure the image will translate well into embroidery.

For the best embroidery result, upload a clear, well-lit photograph with the cheerleader visible in the foreground. Non-blurry action photos, including a full-length cheerleader jump, t-motion, high-v, or similar pose can create distinctive embroidered designs.

Avoid images of a cheerleader in mid-tumble, which may result in a high-density design with minimal detail.

Is the custom cheer design simply a printed copy of my photo?

No. This cheer hoodie is not a simple heat-transfer design. There are three core steps to how we make a custom cheer hoodie. First, an artist hand-draws a silhouette design of the cheer athlete. The design is then converted into a digitized pattern for machine embroidery. The final step is to embroider the pattern onto your hoodie.

Is the hoodie personalized from my own photo?

Yes. Each custom cheer hoodie is created from a photo submitted by the customer. Our staff reviews the photo, converts the image into a hand-drawn silhouette, digitizes the design for embroidery, and then embroiders the pattern onto a hoodie.

Can I use any cheer photo?

We recommend a clear, high-resolution photo that shows the subject cheerleader in the foreground. We do not recommend cheer photos that are taken from a distance that obscures details such as the lines on a uniform.

Can you make a hoodie from my cheerleading competition photo?

Yes. We can create a hand-drawn design and embroidery pattern from your cheerleading photo. Upload a clear image file with your order. The photo should include your cheerleader in the foreground. The final design will be created to showcase the subject athlete. Accordingly, it may be necessary to exclude cheerleaders in the back rows (if any).

Can you embroider more than one cheerleader on the same hoodie?

Yes. Multiple cheerleaders can be included in the custom cheerleader hoodie design. In order to maintain greater detail and quality, it may be necessary to exclude cheerleaders in the background. 

What happens if my photo isn't suitable for embroidery?

We review your photograph before production. If we have any concerns about the suitability of the image for embroidery, we will contact you. We may request an alternate photograph. If a replacement photo is not available, you may cancel the order without being charged.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

We strive to complete the pattern and embroidery process within 2 business days of your order date. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, based on expected delivery time. Standard shipping time typically takes 3-5 business days. Longer production and delivery times may be expected during peak holiday season.

What colors are available?

The custom embroidered cheerleader hoodie is available in White, Heather Grey, and Black. White and Heather Grey hoodies feature black embroidery, while the Black hoodie features white embroidery.

What sizes are available?

Sizes currently include Small, Medium, Large, and XL. Please review the size chart on the product page for garment measurements.

Where is the embroidery done?

All design artwork and custom embroidery are done in Florida, USA.

While we do not issue refunds for orders of personalized items, we stand by our satisfaction guarantee. Is the uploaded photo stored?

For privacy purposes, we uphold a strict policy to delete customer-uploaded photos within 48 hours of receiving confirmation from our shipping partner that the item was delivered to the customer's address.
