Is the hoodie personalized from my own photo?

Yes. Each custom softball hoodie is created from a photograph submitted by the customer with their order. The photo is reviewed by our team, converted into a hand-drawn player silhouette, digitized for embroidery, and then embroidered onto the hoodie.

Can I use any softball photo?

We recommend a clear, high-resolution photo with the subject athlete in the foreground. If you would like us to review the image to confirm embroidery suitability prior to ordering, send us a message with a copy of your photo (.png or .jpg format) to contact@allstarrally.com.

Can I use a photo from a softball game?

Yes. Action photos of a player batting, pitching, catching, fielding, running, or celebrating with teammates can be used to create the custom embroidered player design. For the best result, use a clear, well-lit photo with the athlete visible in the foreground.

We strive to complete the pattern and embroidery process within 2 business days of your order date. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, based on expected delivery time. Standard shipping time typically takes 3-5 business days. Longer production and delivery times may be expected during peak holiday periods.

What happens if my photo isn't suitable for embroidery?

We review your photograph before production. If we have concerns about the suitability of the image for embroidery, we will contact you. We may request an alternate photograph. If a replacement photo is not available, you may cancel the order without being charged.

What part of the photo is embroidered?

Our custom softball hoodie designs include the subject athlete shown in your photograph. Backgrounds, scenery, and other surrounding details are not included in the pattern.  The inclusion of certain fine details such as sunglasses or a watch may vary based on suitability for embroidery. To protect customer privacy, we blur facial features before the order enters production. Eyes, nose, and mouth are not included in the embroidery design.

Does the embroidery include the player's jersey number?

If the jersey number is clearly visible in the uploaded photograph, it may be incorporated into the embroidered design. The final design is based on recognizable details visible in the photograph. If it is not visible and you wish to include a jersey number, please contact our team at contact@allstarrally.com so we can discuss available options.

What colors are available?

The custom softball hoodie is available in White, Heather Grey, and Black. White and Heather Grey hoodies feature black embroidery, while the Black hoodie features white embroidery.

What sizes are available?

Is this hoodie made to order?

Yes. Each hoodie is customized from the customer's uploaded softball photograph and embroidered specifically for that order.

All design artwork and custom embroidery is done in Florida, USA.

While we do not issue refunds for personalized orders, we stand by our satisfaction guarantee. Is the uploaded photo stored?

To ensure privacy, customer photo files are deleted after we receive delivery confirmation of your order.
